يستللتعبير في الحالات الاتية : -

1 - للتنبؤ بحدث في المستقبل قد يحث to express prediction : -

Ex : According to the weather forecast, it's going to rain.

تقول الارصاد الجوية انها ستمهر .

She is going to save money for her holiday.

2 - للتعبير عن تخطيط مسبق ( نية) و ليس قرار نهائي

to express a prior plan and not a final decision : -
Ex : I'm going to paint my room.. Its color is fading

انوي ان اطلي غرفتي

He is going to buy a new car. The old one is always breaking down.

ربما يشتري سيارة جديدة, فسيارته اللقديمة كثيراُ ما تتعطل.

and how to deal with it grammatically

سأتناول اليوم الاسماء التى تعد والتى لا تعد فى اللغة الانجليزية وهى من الامور الهامة والواجب مراعاتها عند استخدام اللغة الانجليزية ولنتعرف معا على مميزات الاسماء التى تعد والتى لا تعد وكيفية التعامل معهما قواعديا...

Countable Nouns
They are things that we can count. For example: "pen". We can count pens. We can have one, two, three or more pens.:

أولا: الاسماء التى تعد

وهى تلك الاسماء التى نستطيع عدها ونستطيع جمعها مثال كلمة قلم pen نستطيع ان نقتنى او ان نقول قلم واحد او قلمان او ثلاثة اقلام

Here are some more countable nouns:
بعض الامثلة على الاسماء التى تعد:

dog, cat, animal, man, person
bottle, box, litre
coin, note, dollar
cup, plate, fork
table, chair, suitcase, bag

خصائص الاسماء التى تعد

Countable nouns can be singular or plural:
الاسماء التى تعد من الممكن ان تكون مفردا او جمعا
مثال:
My dog is playing.
My dogs are hungry.

We can use the indefinite article a/an with countable nouns:
من الممكن ان نستخدم قبل الاسماء التى تعد ادوات التنكير A/An
A dog is an animal.

When a countable noun is singular, we must use a word like a/the/my/this with it:
عندما يكون الاسم الذى يعد مفرد لابد من استخدام احد ادوات التعريف او التنكير مثل the/a/an/my
مثال
I want an orange. (not I want orange.)

Where is my bottle? (not Where is bottle?)

When a countable noun is plural, we can use it alone:
اما اذا كان الاسم جمع فيمكن ان ياتى فى الجملة بمفرده
I like oranges.
Bottles can break.

We can use some and any with countable nouns:
نستخدم كلمتى some / any مع الاسماء التى تعد

I've got some dollars.
Have you got any pens?

We can use a few and many with countable nouns:
وكذلك من الممكن ان نستخدم مع الاسماء التى تعد a few/many
I've got a few dollars.
I haven't got many pens.

ملحوظة

كلمة people -اشخاص من الاسماء التى تعد فهى جمع كلمة person شخص
"People" is countable. "People" is the plural of "person". We can count people:
• There is one person here.
• There are three people here.

Uncountable Nouns

Uncountable nouns are substances, concepts etc that we cannot divide into separate elements. We cannot "count" them. For example, we cannot count "milk". We can count "bottles of milk" or "litres of milk", but we cannot count "milk" itself

ثانيا الاسماء التى لا تعد

هى تلك الاسماء التى تعبر عن المواد والمفاهيم والاسماء التى لا نستطيع تقسيم عناصرها لوحدات منفصلة يمكن عدها مثل الاسماء المجردة واسماء المواد الخام والسوائل ولا نستطيع حصرها مثال على ذلك:

لا نستطيع ان نعد الحليب ولكن نستطيع ان نعد الحليب بالليترات او بعدد الزجاجات انما الحليب فى حد ذاته كمادة لا نستطيع عدها[/COLOR]

امثلة على الاسماء التى لا تعد

music, art, love, happiness
advice, information, news
furniture, luggage
rice, sugar, butter, water
electricity, gas, power
money, currency

خصائص الاسماء التى لا تعد:

We usually treat uncountable nouns as singular. We use a singular verb. For example:
عادة مانعامل الاسماء التى تعد معاملة المفرد ونستخدم معها تصريفات الفعل مع المفرد
مثال
This news is very important.
Your luggage looks heavy.

We do not usually use the indefinite article a/an with uncountable nouns. We cannot say "an information" or "a music". But we can say a something of:

لا نستخدم مع الاسماء التى تعد ادوات التنكير a/an فهى اسماء لا يمكن افرادها او جمعها ولكن من الممكن ان نضع قبل الاسم الذى لا يعد احدى الكلمات التى تعد وتعبر عن الكمية وفى هذه الحالة من الممكن وضع ادوات التنكير قبل هذا الاسم الدال على الكمية بل ومن الممكن جمعه من خلالها

مثال
a piece of news./pieces of news.
a bottle of water/bottles of water.
a grain of rice./grains of rice.

We can use some and any with uncountable nouns:

من الممكن استخدام كلمتى some/any مع الاسماء التى لا تعد

I've got some money.
Have you got any rice?

We can use a little and much with uncountable nouns:
وكذلك نستخدم مع الاسماء التى لا تعد كلمتى a little/much
I've got a little money.
I haven't got much rice.

ملحوظة

هناك بعض الاسماء التى قد تستخدم كاسماء تعد واسماء لا تعد حسب تغير معناها او المعنى المراد به فى الجملة

Nouns that can be Countable and Uncountable
Sometimes, the same noun can be countable and uncountable, often with a change of meaning.

مثال:

كلمة HAIR فى المثال الاول تعتبر كلمة تعد اما فى الثانى فهى لا تعد

There are two hairs in my coffee! هناك شعرتين فى قهوتى.
I don't have much hair.
فى المثال الاول تعتبر كلمة تعد فهو قد رأى شعرتين اما فى الثانى فهى لا تعد فنحن نعنى كتلة من الشعر

كلمة room
Our house has seven rooms. منزلنا به سبع غرف

Is there room for me to sit here?. هل هناك مساحة/مكان لكى اجلس هنا.

فى المثال الاول سنلاحظ انها كلمة تعد لاننا نقصد معنى غرف جمع غرفة اما فى المثال الثانى فهى لا تعد لان المعنى المقصود بها هو المساحة او مكان

كلمة Work

Macbeth is one of Shakespeare's greatest works.
ماكبث واحدة من اروع أعمال شكسبير الادبية
I have no money. I need work! ليس لدى مال انا محتاج للعمل.
فى المثال الاول تعد فمعناها الاعمال الادبية اما فى المثال الثانى لا تعد وذلك لان المعنى المقصود هو العمل

ملخص لما تم شرحه:
الاسماء التى تعد هى تلك الاسماء التى من الممكن عدها وجمعها وافرادها ويستخدم معها ادوات التنكير اذا كانت مفردة وكذلك نستخدم معها some فى الجملة المثبتة / فى الجملة المنفية any
a few للدلالة على العدد القليل //للدلالة على العدد الكثير/ many
الاسماء التى لا تعد هى تلك الاسماء التى لا يمكن عدها وافرادها وجمعها وهى غالبا السوائل والمواد الخام والاسماء المجردة ولا يستخدم معها ادوات التنكير الا اذا سبقتها احدى كلمات الدالة على الكمية التى تعد مثلA bottle of milk /a bar of chocklate / a kilo of meat / كذلك تلك الكلمات هى التى تجمع وليس الاسم الذى لا يعد
Five pieces of meat / bottles of water / three bars of chocklate / two
يستخدم مع الاسماء التى لا تعد
Some فى الجملة المثبتة/ any فى الجملة المنفية
A little للدلالة على الكمية القليلة / much للدلالة على الكمية الكبيرة
